Delivery Policies

For peace of mind, and security, we send your orders in tamper-proof envelopes.

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (UK working days only) although bespoke orders may take longer. Please use an address where you are most likely to be during office hours (i.e. 9am to 5pm), as your parcel may require a signature.

Items shipped within the U.K. are sent via:
Royal Mail 24 (1st Class)
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery™

Items sent to international addresses are sent via:
Royal Mail International Signed
Royal Mail International Tracked
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
International Courier

Tax Information

Prices quoted include UK VAT at the current rate. Jewelco London is not responsible for customs duties and other levies when sending goods abroad. Jewelco London is unable to provide VAT refunds when sending items abroad. 

Returns and Refunds

Jewelco London guarantees jewellery against manufacturing fault for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.  Any modifications made, such as engraving, resizing, etc. will invalidate the guarantee. We do not guarantee jewellery that has been worn inappropriately or denting. Care is taken to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. Please retain your delivery note as proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, Jewelco London will offer you a refund for your jewellery within 7 days after the delivery date on strict condition that it is returned unworn in its original packaging enclosing a copy of the delivery note. Regretfully postage cannot be refunded.
We are unable accept returns of bespoke Items, such as Wedding Rings, Nameplates, or engraved jewellery due to the unique nature of the product.

Jewelco London is not responsible for items lost, tampered with or damaged in the post when being returned for exchange, repair or credit.  To ensure your jewellery is covered please use an insured delivery service.
